Dear Pythians,

Warm greetings to each and every member of our esteemed Pythian Brotherhood as we come together to celebrate a remarkable milestone – our 160th anniversary!  This momentous occasion provides us with the opportunity to reflect on our shared history, values, and the enduring spirit that has bound us together for over a century and a half.

As we stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, we recognize the vision, dedication, and camaraderie that have defined the Pythian Brotherhood since its inception.  From the founding principles of Friendship, Charity, and Benevolence to our unwavering commitment to community service and personal growth, the Pythian spirit continues to inspire and guide us.

Over the years, we have weathered challenges and celebrated triumphs together, fostering a sense of unity that transcends time and space.  This 160th anniversary is a testament to the resilience and strength of our Brotherhood.  It is a celebration of the countless friendships formed, the lives touched, and the positive impact we have collectively made on our communities.

As we mark this significant milestone, let us take a moment to express our gratitude to all those who have contributed to the success and longevity of the Pythian Brotherhood.  Whether you joined recently or have been a part of this remarkable journey for decades, your dedication and commitment have played a crucial role in shaping the legacy we celebrate today.  Please consider taking a moment on Feb 19 at Noon EST to think of the Order.  Additionally, take the opportunity to make the week of February 18-24 Pythian Recruitment Week.

I personally would like each Lodge, both Grand and Subordinate to commemorate this occasion.  Plan and coordinate events with this milestone in mind.  These will provide opportunities for us to come together, reminisce about shared experiences, and create new memories that will further strengthen the bonds of our Brotherhood.

In the spirit of Friendship, Charity, and Benevolence, let us continue to uphold the values that have defined us for 160 years.  May our Brotherhood thrive and continue to make a positive impact on the lives of those around us.
